This freshly roasted 100% Arabica comes from the Santos region of Brazil, known for its subtle and harmonious flavor profiles. Catuai beans mature at an altitude of 1,400–1,600 meters above sea level, giving the coffee a rich, creamy character. Natural flavors of milk chocolate, sweet caramel, and subtle hazelnut are developed. The medium roast length balances delicate sweetness with a very accessible finish. The coffee boasts acidity and a smooth, velvety profile.
